
INSTRUCTION
Preheat the oven to 190’C / 375’F / Gas Mark 5. Line two to three baking trays with baking paper.
Put the butter and sugar into a bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon, then beat in the egg yolk and vanilla extract. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and salt into the mixture, add both kings of chocolate chips and stir until thoroughly combined.
Make 12 balls of the mixture, put them onto the prepared baking trays, spaced well apart, and flatten slightly. Press the pieces of plain chocolate into the cookies.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 – 15 minutes, then, using a palette knife carefully transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

- 85 g / 3 oz Milk chocolate chips
- 85 g / 3 oz White chocolate chips
- 115 g / 4 oz Plain chocolate, roughly chopped
